Jane Walshe is a senior regulatory compliance technology lawyer with a financial services background. She is the editor of ‘Personal Accountability in Financial Services’ (Sweet & Maxwell, 2016). Jane has spent the most recent part of her career as Global Head of Compliance and Regulatory Legal for a large social media platform, and served as the Digital Services Act Compliance Officer. Jane has a deep knowledge of the developing regulatory environment relating to online safety and has a keen interest in constitutional issues and the role they play in protecting democracy.
