Sarah is Reader in Law at Bangor University. Her research focuses on constitutional and administrative law, judicial review, and administrative justice, with particular expertise in the constitutional development of Wales and questions of access to justice. She serves on the Wales Advisory Committee to the Law Commission, is Co-Chair of the Great Britain and Ireland Chapter of the International Society of Public Law (ICON-S), and is a member of the editorial committee of the journal Public Law and co-author of its Current Survey.
