Dr Joseph Quinn is 2026 Haldane Research Fellow. A historian of modern British and Irish political development, his research examines war and society, governance, and constitutional reform. He previously worked across archives, universities, and national heritage institutions, contributing to significant public history initiatives and major national commemorative projects in both Ireland and
the UK. His fellowship focuses on Richard Haldane’s constitutional legacy and will coordinate and lead the development of a centenary programme to mark his death in 2028.
